I believe that good design is not just about getting the proportions right, it's also about getting the communication right. So while you will notice common themes of quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail in my work, you'll also see that my designs are all as different as you are.

My background as a professional illustrator means I not only look at designing your garden from an artistic point of view, but I can also draw it out for you before we start so you don't have any surprises.

However, it's not just about art. I know how important it is that a space works, so your design will be as practical as it is gorgeous.

Whatever your requirements, I use artistic principles of composition, proportion, light and colour to create your design, and then produce plans using powerful software to provide you with drawings that are accurate and unambiguous. Then I use a mix of hand drawing and computer-generated images to give you a clear picture of what I am proposing. Only when you are totally happy do we actually start building it!

With around 100 gardens to my name, I know that I can create a beautiful garden for you, one of which we will both be proud.
